Where Do you Ship? When will I get my order?

We ship worldwide, however we currently do not ship to the UK.

Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. We ship with Canada post, shipping time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. We provide two different options:

Standard Mail: We can ship your order through standard mail (with stamps) at no charge! (Available for USA & Canada).

** Keep in mind that waiting times can be unpredictable, and we will not be able to track your order.

Orders within Canada typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. Orders within the United States typically arrive within 1-4 weeks. International orders typically arrive within 4 weeks.

Express Post: If you'd like to track your order and ensure that you'll receive it by a certain date, we also offer express shipping. The fee depends on your location and can be calculated at checkout. (Available worldwide).

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please feel free to contact us at info@jamiepaigedoodles.com or on the Contact Us page, and we will do our best to make it right!

How are the doodles made?

Digitally, on an iPad Pro with ProCreate.

Can I put my stickers on my water bottle/laptop/etc

Yes! The white vinyl and transparent vinyl stickers are made of a very durable and weatherproof/waterproof vinyl! They are perfect to decorate your notebooks, planners, laptop and water bottles. Stickers with special effects (i.e Holographic, metallic) are also very durable, but the effects can sometimes show signs of wear on high traffic surfaces.
